Reese Witherspoon is Still Sorry for the April 2013 Incident

Untitled-18Reese Witherspoon failed badly in April 2013 to maintain the good girl image. She was present at the BFI Film Festival in London on Monday to promote her film ‘Wild’, she got emotional when she recalled the time when she was arrested for objectionable conduct in Atlanta while she was shooting for ‘The Good Lie’.
Reese said, “I think it was a moment where people realized that I wasn’t exactly what they thought I was. I guess maybe we all like to define people by the way the media presents them, and I think that I showed I have a complexity that people didn’t know about.”
Witherspoon said that it is human to make mistakes. The best thing one can do is to say sorry about it and take a lesson from our mistakes.
She told to the reporters, “I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse. I was disrespectful to the officer who was just doing his job. The words I used that night definitely do not reflect who I am.”
